On January 6, 2025, the “Jade from Kunlun: A Special Exhibition of Qing Dynasty Court Hetian Jade Culture” opened in the Zhaigong Hall of the Palace Museum. Xinjiang Hetian jade is a major carrier of Chinese jade culture. The exhibition aims to interpret Qing Dynasty Hetian jade culture, comprehensively showcasing the development of Chinese civilization through jade as a medium of exchange and mutual learning, and demonstrating the long history of the Chinese nation. This exhibition is fully supported by the Hong Kong Jockey Club and exclusively sponsored by the Institute of Philanthropy and Charity. The exhibition runs until January 4, 2026.
